Digital Products

Because our IQ reports are digital products delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are generally final. Once your report has been generated and accessed, we are unable to offer a refund.

Exceptions

We will offer a full refund in the following cases:

• You were charged but did not receive access to your report
• You were charged twice for the same purchase
• A technical error prevented you from viewing your results

How to Request a Refund
